This piece is custom made to order, so there will be some variation from the reference photo. You'll need to send me your ring size when you place your order so that I can make the ring to your specifications.
This is a similar design to the Tchaikovsky Ring, except in black instead of white, and with some slightly different proportions.
The dark color makes this ring look much more threatening than its white counterpart, so I've named it after the Romantic Period composer Mussorgsky (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Mussorgsky_Repin.jpg), best known in this day and age for his brooding piece, "Night on Bald Mountain," was featured in the Disney movie "Fantasia", set to the backdrop of winged demons and scaly monsters flying through the night air.
Made with repurposed materials from the electronics industry, this eye-catching jewelry is inspired by the growth patterns of plants and animals. Each piece is lovingly hand made; as in the natural world, no two are exactly alike.
Durable, yet extremely lightweight! Ring is made of rubber over an aluminum core, so the spines won't hurt you when you wear it.
Alternate colors are possible - I can produce this ring in red, white, yellow, blue, and green in addition to the black you see. Multiple colors on the same ring will cost a little more due to the extra labor, DM us to discuss. :)
